Your guide, Kreto
I’m Kreto. I’ll help you follow the company route.
Illustrated preview. These guides show the intended experience; some features may not yet be available. They do not connect to your account.
Before you start
Prepare a Job and follow your first collaboration from proposal to completed work.
- Use your own account and select the company you represent.
- Check your role. Hiring, publishing a company page and reviewing delivery may be assigned to different people.
- Prepare a clear brief, expected deliverables and proposed terms. All examples in this guide are fictional.
Choose the right company
Where: Your workspace and the company name shown with your work.
Who: You, using your own account and assigned company role.
Choose the company you want to work for. Check its name before editing, sending or publishing. Personal, Companies and Invited projects lead to different workspaces.
What to look for
The company you represent is shown when you send or publish. Your personal Passport remains your own.
Illustrated exampleChoose your workspace
Your personal Passport stays yours.

If this result is missing
If the switch is still pending, wait before sending or publishing. Keep your draft with the company where you started it and check which workspace is open.
Prepare your company page
Where: The company editor and public-page preview.
Who: The company owner publishes the page. Other members edit only what their role allows.
Add your company description and public links, then save a draft. Read the public preview carefully before choosing to publish.
What to look for
Saving a draft does not publish it. Private contacts and hiring notes stay private; each person must agree before being shown as part of the team.

Kreto’s tip
Save first, preview next. Publishing is a separate choice.
If this result is missing
If you cannot tell whether publication finished, check the page status before publishing again.
Create a clear Job
Where: Create a job: Scope → Timing & budget → Review.
Who: A company member allowed to publish Jobs.
Describe the role, work and deliverables. Add the location, work dates, delivery deadline and budget, including its currency and how the fee is calculated. Review the listing before choosing Publish job.
What to look for
Work dates, delivery deadline and the application closing date mean different things. Wait for confirmation that the Job was published.

If this result is missing
Correct any highlighted fields. If publication is interrupted, check the Job status before trying again.
Find and review creatives
Where: Discovery, a creative’s Passport and the Job’s applications.
Who: A member assigned to hiring for this company.
Review relevant work and where its supporting information comes from. Read applications and organise them using the hiring stages. Check the recipient and wording before sending a message, invitation or rejection.
What to look for
Moving an application to another stage only organises your hiring process. It does not send a message, make an offer, agree terms or create a Studio. Hiring notes remain private.
If this result is missing
If a message result is unclear, check whether it was sent before sending again. The application stage does not confirm message delivery.
Send a proposal for the creative to review
Where: Propose engagement and the creative’s proposal review.
Who: You send the proposal. The creative it is addressed to decides whether to accept.
Check the role, deliverables, timing, fee, usage rights and payment terms. Send the proposal and wait for the creative to accept that version or request changes.
What to look for
The agreement covers the version the creative accepted. Once acceptance is confirmed, check that the shared Studio is ready and accessible.

Kreto’s tip
Changed terms need a fresh decision from the creative.
If this result is missing
Changed terms need a new review. If acceptance is confirmed but the Studio is still being prepared, check its status instead of sending the proposal again.
Review the submitted work
Where: The shared Studio and delivery review.
Who: The client reviewer assigned by the company owner.
Check the project, accepted proposal, assigned reviewer and submitted file version. Compare the delivery with the agreed scope, then approve it or request changes if you are the reviewer.
What to look for
Working notes do not replace agreed terms. Approval applies to the submitted version shown; a newer version needs a new review.

If this result is missing
If the reviewer, version or previous decision is unclear, check it before making another decision.
Confirm completion together
Where: The private work-completion review.
Who: The lead creative and assigned client reviewer, each making their own decision.
Review the agreed work, required deliveries and the same completion summary. Confirm work complete when ready, or request changes and explain what remains.
What to look for
The work is closed when both required people confirm and required delivery is resolved. This does not confirm payment, independently verify a contribution or publish the work.
If this result is missing
If someone has not confirmed, or there is a disagreement, completion remains pending or open. If the reviewer leaves, the owner assigns a replacement. No one accepts on the creative’s behalf.
Confirm contributions and review public credit
Where: The contribution record and publication preview.
Who: The creative, an independent confirmer and an authorised company representative each make their own decisions.
Read the specific role statement before independently confirming what you can support. If the creative requests publication, review the exact text and company details you are authorised to share.
What to look for
Taking part does not independently confirm your contribution. The record stays private until the required publication permissions are in place; closing the project does not publish it.

Kreto’s tip
Public credit starts with a reviewed preview and the required permissions.
If this result is missing
Material changes to the preview need renewed permission. If permission is withdrawn, check that the affected public information is removed. Copies made elsewhere cannot be guaranteed deleted.
