A little help from Kreto

Keep the context clear

Kreto’s tip

Before an important action, check who is acting, where you are working and what happens next.

Your account, company and invited project

Your account belongs to you. A company workspace lets you act for that company within your role. A project invitation gives access to the permitted project, not the whole company.

Before sending, publishing or deciding, check the person, workspace and role shown. Keep drafts with the workspace where you started them.

Agreed terms and submitted versions

The accepted proposal records the agreed terms. Working notes help organise the project but do not replace that agreement. The submitted file version is the delivery being reviewed. A new version needs a new review.

Join calls with clear choices

Kreto’s tip

Joining a call is different from agreeing to capture. Choose recording and transcript/AI separately.

Before recording starts

Check who can access the call record and what you are agreeing to. Each person chooses recording and transcript/AI separately. Joining a call does not make those choices for you.

Capture must wait for the required choices, including those of people joining later. If someone declines or withdraws, the person allowed to stop capture must do so and check that it stopped. Do not assume someone’s voice or camera can simply be left out while capture continues.

Leaving while recording is active

Read the reminder before leaving. Stay is the default. If you have permission to stop recording, request the stop and wait for confirmation. Otherwise, ask the person who can stop it.

Leaving your own call does not confirm that a recording has been saved.

Finding your recording and recap

A stop request may be followed by processing. Check that the recording is available and that you can play it. A recap is a separate result; review its suggestions before turning them into actions.

If you do not know whether an action finished, check its status before trying again.
