Your guide, Kreto
I’m Kreto. I’ll help you follow the creative route.
Illustrated preview. These guides show the intended experience; some features may not yet be available. They do not connect to your account.
Before you start
Follow a Job from application to delivery, then choose whether to request public credit.
- Use your own account. Representing a company is a separate workspace and role.
- Have a Job to apply to or a proposal addressed to you. Access to a project does not mean you have accepted its terms.
- Before delivery, check that you can open the shared Studio and identify the agreed terms and assigned client reviewer.
Understand your Creative Passport
Where: Your personal workspace and Creative Passport.
Who: You, as the person whose work is described.
Check your details and the source shown for each work claim. Information you added yourself, information from a public source and independent confirmation mean different things.
What to look for
Each claim explains where it came from or who confirmed it. Profile completeness measures filled-in fields; it is not a talent score or proof that work is verified.

Source and confirmation are separate.
Self-declared
Added by Maya Chen. No independent confirmation yet.
Publicly sourced
Imported from an identified public source. Attribution reviewed by the creator.
Co-sign requested
A request was sent. No response has been recorded.
Client-confirmed role
Confirmed by Alex Morgan for Harbour House on this contribution.

If this result is missing
If a claim is inaccurate, use the correction option for that claim. An imported statement or unanswered confirmation request is not independent confirmation.
Read the Job and prepare your application
Where: The Job and its application form.
Who: You, applying for the work.
Read the scope and terms. Prepare an application relevant to that Job and review what you are about to send.
What to look for
A confirmed application names the Job you applied to. Applying does not accept a proposal or create a Studio.

Kreto’s tip
Before sending, check that your application is for the intended Job.
If this result is missing
If you are interrupted by sign-in or setup, return to the intended form and review any saved input before sending. If you are unsure whether it was sent, check the application first.
Review the latest proposal
Where: The proposal for the named company and work.
Who: You, as the creative the proposal is addressed to.
Read who is proposing the work, your role, deliverables, dates and time zone, fee and its basis, usage rights and payment terms. Choose Request changes or Accept terms for the version shown.
What to look for
Confirmed acceptance identifies your decision and the version you reviewed. Moving your application through hiring stages cannot accept terms for you.

If this result is missing
If the terms change, read the latest version. If acceptance is confirmed but the Studio is still being prepared, check its status instead of accepting again.
Open your shared Studio
Where: The Studio for the agreed work.
Who: You, with access to this project.
Check the project, accepted proposal and assigned client reviewer. Read the agreed scope alongside the working brief, noting any proposed changes.
What to look for
You and the company work in the same shared project. Notes and brief updates do not silently change the terms you accepted.
If this result is missing
If the agreement is unclear, open the linked proposal. If access or the workspace changes, return to the original project rather than moving its draft into another one.
Submit a version for review
Where: Delivery review in your Studio.
Who: You submit the work. The assigned client reviewer makes the review decision.
Check the selected files, version, agreed scope and assigned reviewer before choosing Submit for review.
What to look for
Confirmed submission identifies the files and version sent. Approval or a request for changes applies to that submission. Replacing the content needs a new review.

Kreto’s tip
A new version needs a new review, even if an earlier version was approved.
If this result is missing
If no reviewer is assigned, keep the files as a draft and ask the owner to assign one. If the submission result is unclear, check its status before resubmitting.
Confirm completion with the client reviewer
Where: The private work-completion review.
Who: You as lead creative, together with the assigned client reviewer.
Review the agreed scope, required deliveries and recorded review decisions. Confirm work complete or request changes for the same completion summary.
What to look for
Completion needs both required people to confirm and required delivery to be resolved. Payment, independent contribution confirmation and publication remain separate.
If this result is missing
If a confirmation is missing or you disagree, completion stays pending or open. Check the record if a result is unclear. Someone marking a payment as paid does not prove that the payment provider has settled it.
Choose what to share on your Passport
Where: Your private contribution record and publication preview.
Who: You choose whether to request publication. An eligible independent person confirms the contribution; an authorised company representative permits its company details.
Read the contribution statement and its confirmation status. If you want it published, review and request permission for the exact text-only preview. The company separately reviews the company details included.
What to look for
The record stays private until the required permissions are in place. Private files, fees, contacts and notes are excluded from the public preview.

Kreto’s tip
You choose whether to request public credit. Completion does not publish it automatically.
If this result is missing
Material changes to the preview need renewed permission. After withdrawing permission, check that the affected public information is removed; copies made elsewhere cannot be guaranteed deleted. Rehire starts with fresh terms.
