Your guide, Kreto
I’m Kreto. I’ll help you follow the project guest route.
Illustrated preview. These guides show the intended experience; some features may not yet be available. They do not connect to your account.
Before you start
Use your project invitation to find the right workspace, tools and review responsibilities.
- Have an invitation that identifies the project and who invited you.
- Use the account the invitation is intended for. A name entered for a call does not grant project access.
- To approve delivery, you must be the assigned client reviewer for that work. An invitation alone does not assign this role.
Check your invitation
Where: The invitation for the named project.
Who: You, using the account the invitation is intended for.
Check who invited you, the company, project and role where shown. Continue using the invitation instructions when the details match the work you expect.
What to look for
Confirmation identifies the project you can access and your role. A copied link or saved profile does not confirm project access.
If this result is missing
If the details are wrong or missing, ask the inviter to clarify. Follow the stated recovery for an expired, removed or already-used invitation.
Find your invited project
Where: Invited projects in the workspace picker, when available.
Who: You, in the invited project.
Choose the row for your project and check the role shown. Check the project name again before sending work or making a decision.
What to look for
The invitation gives you access to this project only. It does not give company membership, a paid seat, billing access or permission to approve everything.

Kreto’s tip
Keep the project name in view when switching between workspaces.
If this result is missing
If the project is missing or access is denied, ask the inviter or project owner to check your access. Do not use an unrelated company to continue the same work.
Get to know the Studio
Where: The shared Studio for your project.
Who: You, with the access assigned for this project.
Check the project name and your role. Use the files, tasks, conversations and other tools available to you. If you can view the agreed terms, read them separately from the working brief.
What to look for
The Studio is a shared project workspace, with different permissions for different people. Entering it does not accept terms or open private financial details, evidence or company settings.
If this result is missing
If you need a tool or record that is unavailable, ask the project owner to check that specific access.
Comment or review in your assigned role
Where: The item or submitted delivery you can access.
Who: You can comment where permitted. Only the assigned client reviewer makes the client review decision.
Before approving or requesting changes, check the submitted item, version, agreed scope and named reviewer. Make that decision only if you are the assigned reviewer and still have permission.
What to look for
Comments provide feedback. Approval or Request changes applies to the submitted version shown. Changed files need another review.

History entries appear only when actually stored and allowed to be read.
If this result is missing
If someone else is the reviewer, contribute within your role. If the version or your access has changed, check it before continuing.
Recover when an invitation or access changes
Where: The invited project or the recovery message shown.
Who: You, using the access you still have.
Read the message to understand whether the invitation expired, access ended, the workspace changed or an action is still unconfirmed. Keep any allowed draft with its original project and check the result before trying again.
What to look for
When access is removed, protected content and actions are no longer available. A project draft does not move into another project or your personal workspace.

Kreto’s tip
Ask the inviter about invitation details; ask the project owner about project access.
If this result is missing
For an expired invitation, ask the inviter for a valid replacement. For removed access, ask the project owner to review it. A replacement invitation does not automatically restore approval permission.
Choose how you join a call
Where: The call invitation and join screen for your work.
Who: You choose your recording and transcript/AI permissions. Stopping a recording may require a separate role.
Check the call details and make your own separate recording and transcript/AI choices. Read the shared call help before joining capture or leaving while a recording is active.
What to look for
Each person chooses separately for each capture purpose. New arrivals stay outside capture until safely admitted. A call display name does not grant company access.

Launch film review · Harbour House
Only the current authorised call audience can read the call record. Project content also needs current project access. These choices do not publish your content.

Alex: choices acknowledged. Maya: no answer.
Recording cannot start. Each person must choose for themselves.

Kreto’s tip
If recording is active when you leave, read the reminder before choosing what to do.
If this result is missing
The recording reminder defaults to Stay. If you are allowed to stop recording, wait for its stop confirmation. Leaving your call alone does not confirm that the recording stopped or was saved.
